Just about 7 years ago, I thought I had to get high and I thought I had to get drunk. It was part of my daily routine and though it was so bad, my addiction and alcoholism were telling me how right it was. I was sick to the core and this disease had its talons embedded into my soul.
I have, by the grace of God, come to the realization that I never have to drink again nor do I have to get high again. It is such a wonderful feeling knowing that the chains that have held me back for so long, are now gone.
