“Rich is a powerhouse! He is full of life, wisdom, gratitude, patience and best of all – an unquenchable desire to make the lives of others better in any way, shape or form possible. He has a “gift” – an innate ability to strike a balance between being this bold and direct force yet a kind, gentle and easy spirit.
