I have been living and working in the Cayman Islands for the past 28 years as a Senior Leader in schools. Over the years I have seen many different presenters on drug education in various formats. Today it was simply put, a pleasure to witness your testimony and presentation.
The presentation kept the entire student body of 271 15 to 16 year old students completely enthralled and attentive for 35 minutes. From the very start to the very end all the students were listening to such a powerful testimony that was clear, honest and personal. At one point towards the end there was a spontaneous round of applause which signified how impacted the students were.
Similarly at the end a few students who clearly could relate to the challenges of drugs asked if they could speak to Mr. Barnes and he willingly did so.
In conclusion I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Mr. Barnes to speak to any school in any setting as he is clearly a very powerful and impactful motivational speaker who can deliver and connect with students sharing powerful message of avoiding drugs.
