Hi, I’m Rich Barnes

As a motivational speaker, I emphasize the importance of self-awareness, resilience, and the courage to change. I teach youth that it’s never too late to turn your life around, that every day is an opportunity for growth and renewal.

My experiences have taught me the value of genuine human connection, the power of forgiveness – both for oneself and others, and the importance of living with purpose. These are lessons I passionately impart to young audiences, inspiring them to make positive choices and live authentically.

By sharing my story of overcoming addiction and rediscovering life’s beauty back in 2006, I show youth that they too can triumph over their struggles. I encourage them to seek help, to believe in themselves and to embrace the endless possibilities that lie ahead.

Today, I stand before young people not just as a speaker, but as living proof that transformation is possible. My life’s mission is to inspire hope, foster resilience and empower the next generation to create their own stories of success.
